Beauty standards have changed for women throughout history. But, no matter what period you look at, there is a certain beauty standard that women are held to. In addition, perceptions surrounding facial characteristics, body types and other physical traits have varied. However, despite the changing standards, we know that beauty is timeless. So many women were considered stunning years ago and are still beauty icons today.
